A coalition built from care, conviction, and community.
ZICCOSA — the Zimbabwean Citizens Coalition in South Africa — is a non-profit company formed to cater for Zimbabwean citizens in South Africa who find themselves in need due to circumstances beyond their control.

ZICCOSA was formed by Zimbabwean nationals living in South Africa who witnessed neighbours, friends, and strangers facing impossible circumstances — loss of work, expired permits, illness, bereavement, and displacement — with nowhere to turn.
From a small kitchen in Rossburgh, Durban, we have grown into a coalition that distributes humanitarian aid, guides members through legal and documentation matters, and offers skills and livelihood support so families can stand on their own again.
We are non-political, non-partisan, and committed to working alongside South African communities, faith groups, and partner organisations to ensure no one in need is forgotten.
What guides every action we take.
Dignity first
We meet every person with respect, listening before we act.
Integrity
Transparent stewardship of every rand, hour, and resource entrusted to us.
Solidarity
We act as one community — Zimbabweans, South Africans, and partners alike.
Hope in action
Practical help today, while building paths to self-reliance tomorrow.
Why we exist
To provide compassionate humanitarian support, advocacy, and community to Zimbabwean citizens in South Africa who are in vulnerable circumstances, and to build pathways from crisis to self-reliance.
What we work toward
A united Zimbabwean diaspora in South Africa — safe, documented, economically stable, and contributing to the dignity and growth of both nations.
